Hello! I'm Brandon Campbell

Brandon Campbell is a certified fitness coach and exercise physiologist specializing in fitness for all ages. Brandon has worked with professional athletes from the Pittsburgh Pirates and Penguins, Division 1 athletes, high and middle school athletes, weekend warriors, and new fitness enthusiasts. Brandon has designed and implemented thousands of workouts for every fitness level.

Brandon earned his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science

Our team of highly trained professionals uses the latest sports medicine techniques to restore you to pain-free health, quickly and easily in order to maximize your performance. We integrate physical therapy and fitness to ensure a safe and effective fitness plan. We will thoroughly evaluate & treat all of the contributing root factors related to any pain issues before introducing you into a fitness program. This includes, but is not limited to, your work and home stressors, overall body condition, nutrition, genetic & postural habits.

It’s all good. You can register for another session at a more convenient time.

Will the session be recorded?

We don’t record these demos but if you miss one or want a refresher, you’re welcome to register for another.
